Dog Days (2025)
In the dog days of summer 2025 I wrote an intentionally unambitious bit of self-indulgent, pandiatonic prettiness, Dog Days for Disklavier (computer-controlled acoustic piano). My music tends to be so chromatic that I had been trying to discipline myself to stick to the diatonic scale; only one note here has an accidental outside the key (though the key changes several times.)
